AI4COVID Gender Action Learning (GAL) Final Peer-Learning Workshop
IDRC recently asked Gender at Work (G@W) to work with all eight research teams of the AI4COVID program to lead a monitoring and evaluation process using the Outcome Harvesting (OH) methodology to explore broad questions around what has happened in each project, what has changed, and who has changed. This will include a strong focus on gender-related outcomes. Throughout 2022, G@W experimented with the OH methodology in a learning review of six IDRC projects to which G@W offered support between 2016 and 2022.
